Babb Construction has been offering groundworks services to the major players in the house building industry since 1972. Our clients have included the likes of Barratt, Wimpey, Rippon, McAlpine and Miller Homes. Literally hundreds of their purchasers live in homes where we as sub contractors constructed foundations, sewers, landscaping and also built the estate roads.

We are also capable of tackling large commercial projects such as warehousing or industrial estate infra structure.

We employ our own engineers and quantity surveyors, therefore we are comfortable with producing tenders from plans or to price quantities provided by PQS companies.

We are licensed for Highways work to both Section 50 and Section 278 Works.

Health and safety aspects of performance are extremely important to us. Our consultants in that field help to ensure that formal planning exists to protect our own workers and the general public.

We are always actively seeking new clients. We are prepared to act as sub contractors to medium sized building contractors.

 We are comfortable with the role of principal contractors in situations where we construct infra structure for clients before superstructure work commences. 

Design to build or joint venture projects are of interest and any proposals would be considered upon their merits.
